Took 2 hours for food cus the driver mixed orders up. Food was lovely though

Today I ordered my tea from this chippy they told me delivery will be at 6.20 called restaurant 3 times was told waiting on driver so I phoned back at 7.10pm and asked for it to be precooked only turns up at 7.40 ok food was warm enough to eat just but it was still late. Staff at chippy were very understanding. All I all its an excellent chippy never had an issue with delivery until today.

We have always used this chip shop for a long time don’t know what happened this time the food was awful think it had been sitting waiting to be picked up we had fish it was fish very dry almost to the point where there was actually no flesh left to eat as dried up most of the chips were hard very very dissatisfied not up to the usual standard will make me think twice about ordering again as this is not cheap food.

Waited over an hour and a quarter for the food which came only slightly warm. Tried to chase up with the shop after the first 45 minutes and only managed to get through after 12 phone calls.
